📲 Gradex Classes: Android App & Login Guide

Welcome to the Gradex Classes digital campus! Follow these steps to access your classes, schedules, and study materials on your mobile device or computer.

1️⃣ Option A: Using the Android App (Recommended)

1. Download: Open the Google Play Store and search for "Mattermost" or click the link below:

   • Download Mattermost on Play Store

2. Connect to Server: Open the app. When asked for the Server URL, type exactly:

   https://chat.mygradex.com

3. Name the Server: Enter "Gradex Classes" as the Display Name.

4. Log In: Enter your assigned Username and Password.

2️⃣ Option B: Using the Chrome Browser (No App Needed)

If you prefer not to install an app, or if you are on a laptop/PC:

1. Open the Google Chrome browser.

2. Go to: https://chat.mygradex.com/gradex-muzaffarpur/channels/mygradex-muzaffarpur

3. Log in with your credentials.

   • Tip: You can "Add to Home Screen" in Chrome settings to create a shortcut icon on your phone.

🔗 Step 3: Joining Your Class Channel

Once you have logged in (via the app or Chrome):

• Check your Batch WhatsApp Group: You will receive a special invite link for your specific class (e.g., Class 11 Physics or Class 9 Math).

• Click the link: Your phone will automatically open the app (or browser) and add you to your correct classroom channel.

• Start Learning: You can now see the Weekly Schedule, download PDF Notes, and ask teachers doubts directly!

💡 Important Notes for Students

• Notifications: Please "Allow Notifications" so you don't miss urgent schedule changes or test announcements.

• Password Issues: Since we do not use email for password resets, if you forget your password, please contact the Gradex Office at the Motipur branch to have it reset manually.

• Class Schedule: Look for the "📅 Weekly Schedule" link at the very top of your class channel header.
